Timothy J. Prowls, age 61 of Manitowoc died at his residence. He was born on June 24, 1961, in Manitowoc. He was the son of James and Kathryn (Tosdale) Prowls. Tim attended Lincoln High School class of 1979. He then served in the United States Marine Corps from 1979-1983.

Survivors include his mother: Kathryn Prowls; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Tim Prowls III, John (Amanda) Prowls, and Adam (Lindsay) Prowls; one brother: Tracy (Toni) Prowls; four grandchildren: Wyatt, Eldon, Lilli, and Annabelle. He was preceded in death by his brother: Mitchell Prowls and father: James Prowls.
