John Hamachek

John Hamachek, age 70 of Manitowoc, died Wednesday, April 13, 2023.

John was born on March 6, 1953 in Sheboygan, son of the late William and Jane (Villwock) Hamachek. He was a 1971 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On June 2, 1979 John was married to Constance Zabler in Manitowoc. She preceded him in death on February 18, 2007. John worked for Manitowoc Engineering and retired from Manitowoc Ice. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the NRA.

Survivors include his son: Thomas Hamachek; one granddaughter: Abbey Hamachek, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: William and Jane Hamachek; his wife: Constance Hamachek; one brother and sister-in-law: William (Ansa) Hamachek Jr.; his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Joseph and Joyce Zabler Jr.

Cremation will take place. According to John’s wishes no services will be held. The Lakeshore Family Funeral Homes, Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Manitowoc location is assisting the family with arrangements.
