Christopher Walker Obituary

Christopher S. Walker, age 52 of Manitowoc passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.

Chris was born on November 19, 1970, in Palm Springs, CA, son of the late Michael and Carol (Ireland) Luce. He grew up in California and became a member of the United States Army. On May 7, 1997, Chris married Marcia K. Driedric in Manitowoc. The couple has made their home in Manitowoc since the time of marriage. Chris was a graphic designer that was self-employed, he was extremely artistic. Chris could fix anything on a car and was president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the WI Banzai Club.    

Survivors include his wife: Marcia Walker, Manitowoc; two sons: Dante (Kyra) Walker, Bossier City, LA; Jordan Walker and his special friend Dakota Graff, Manitowoc; and one granddaughter due any day; siblings include: Terry (Joyce) Ireland, David (Isabel) Smith, Sherial (Scott) Urbanek, Michael Luce, Steven Walker, Jenna Hodson; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Pamela Smith and one brother: Donny Smith.

Per his wishes, Chris will be cremated, and a gathering of friends will occur on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at the Lincoln Park Field House from 12:00PM (Noon) until 6:00 PM.
