Brandon Thomas Mullins, age 29, of Manitowoc passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, February 1, 2021.Brandon was born on November 18, 1991 in Green Bay, son of Joe and Tracy (Haese) Stover. He graduated from James Monroe High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia with the class of 2010. Brandon worked at WST Fab as a CNC Machine Operator. He loved his music, the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his family, especially his son, Nikkolai who meant everything to him.He is survived by his parents: Joe and Tracy Stover, Clarks Mills; one son: Nikkolai Shane Mullins, (Mother of Nikkolai: Amanda Wiltzius); one brother: Joseph Stover, Clarks Mills; paternal grandparent: Frances Mullins, VA; maternal grandparents: Thomas Haese and Donna Ellert; aunts and uncles: Kristine Haese and special friend, Dale Duerschmidt, Two Rivers, Tammy Rosman and special friend, Phil LiVolsi, NC; Carrie and Jim Monk, Anna Mullins, and Greg Mullins all of Virginia, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Ralph Mullins.A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street, Kellnersville. Rev. Dr. Matthew L. Sauer will officiate. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to keep everyone safe, the family requests that everyone please wear a facemask and practice social distancing.
