Cremation Services

Cremation has become a popular option for many people because it can be more flexible as to when and where you hold a service. You can have a traditional funeral service with the body present, using a ceremonial rental casket and cremation takes place following the service or a memorial service, where cremation takes place first and it is followed with a memorial service at any time with or without the urn present. You can keep the urn, scatter the cremains or have the urn buried or placed in a niche in a columbarium above ground.  Whether you choose burial or cremation, we are here to offer you a meaningful ceremony.

Memorial Services

A memorial service is a time to remember your loved one and celebrate their life. This can be held shortly after death or weeks later, with or without an urn present. What’s important is that it creates a time and a place for family and friends to gather together and support one another, share memories and pay their respects. A memorial service can be held at our funeral home, our life celebration center, your church,  the final resting place or at your home.

Cremation With a Ceremonial Casket-One or Two Day Service

A ceremonial casket provides a traditional casket viewing and/or funeral service, with cremation taking place after services. The family then has the option to hold a burial at a later date or choose to retain the cremated remains in their home. All services may be public or private.

Two Day Memorial Service

A visitation is held the day or evening prior to a funeral or memorial service held the following day. The visitation typically takes place in one of our funeral homes, while the service may be held on or off off-site at a church or other location. This may also include a procession to a final resting place following the memorial  service. All services may be public or private.

Same Day Memorial Service

A visitation is held the same day as the memorial service and typically takes place at the same location as the memorial service.  This may also include a procession to a final resting place following the memorial service. All services may be public or private.

Graveside Service

A service is held prior to the casket or urn being placed into the ground, crypt or niche. The service generally includes committal prayers by a clergy member, speeches or shared memories by those present, may be formal or informal and either public or private.

Direct Cremation

Cremation takes places without any formal services being held. A family may choose to view their loved one prior to cremation taking place in an informal setting. A family member receives the cremated remains and determines the final resting place independently.

Pet Cremation

Our Faithful Friends Pet Cremation, are cremation services for pets in a retort designed for our faithful companions. Families may choose to view the beginning of the cremation process. Cremated remains are placed in a standard animal urn or a family may purchase an urn.
